How to enter
- In order to participate in the competition, the participants must visit the website https://nominate.thedubaistars.com fill in the details, and nominate one star at least.
Competition period
- The competition will start on 18th April and will end on 30thJune 2019.
Eligibility
To qualify for the prize, the participant must:
- Be aged 18 years and above only.
- Not be employed by Emaar or be an immediate family member, supplier, agent, or anyone professionally associated with Emaar.
- Be able to obtain a visa to travel to the United Arab Emirates.
Prize
- A fully paid trip for two to Dubai and a two-night stay at an Emaar accommodation. The winners will visit The Dubai Stars red carpet event (for non UAE residents).
- A two-night stay at an Emaar accommodation and the winners will visit The Dubai Stars red carpet event (for UAE residents).
Winner Selection
Only ten winners will be chosen by random selection. The winners will be notified individually by Emaar via e-mail or via phone call. Emaar will verify that the participant is eligible. Should the selected winner not respond to Emaar within 24 hours or, should the selected winner not be eligible for whatever reason, a runner up shall be selected.
In order for the winner to receive the prize, they must:
- Agree to abide by the policies and procedures, as well as sign any related agreements, documents, and applications, relating to the utilization of, and/or participating in the prize.
- Agree to participate in the competition marketing activities as Emaar may require.
Aside from granting the prize which includes two economy airline return tickets from and to the country of residence, the visa cost for the two travelers and the two night stay for two at and Emaar accommodation, Emaar will not be responsible of any additional costs incurred.
Personal Information
- By registering for the competition, and should you win the prize listed herein, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights in regards to certain personal information (such as your name, email, phone number and other personal information provided to Emaar) and allow Emaar to use such personal information to advertise and announce you as the prize winner across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc.
- You further agree and acknowledge to allow Emaar to film, photograph, and utilize your image for all marketing purposes across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc. during any of the activities related to the competition.
Governing Law
These terms, this competition, and the grant of the prize, as well as any procedures associated with it, shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
Data collection
By participating in this competition, the entrants understand, consent, and elect to share their full name, e-mail address, phone number with Emaar.
- Any Personal Information collected by Emaar will not be monetized or sold to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Emaar will be using the Personal Information for advertising its (or its affiliates’) own products and/or services.
